I received this bed few days ago in 2 days through Prime as expected. The box was in good condition upon arrival. We got home from volunteering and immediately set up the bed. The instructions included were clear and accurate. The mattress is not firm enough for me in personal, but my husband enjoys it.

I was originally worried about ordering a mattress online but I am glad that I ordered this product. I am extremely picky about the firmness of mattresses, but this mattresses is really firm and good. I highly recommend to my friends and family. The mattress is fairly firm, and provides much better support than my old inner-spring mattress.
