Return and Refund Policy
Christies Home Living seeks to distribute quality furnishings for your modern home. Many steps are taken to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition, however we work to resolve any issues that come up. It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival. If any damage has occurred, please contact us.
Our return policy is as follows:
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us to let us know of your intent on returning the product. If damage is noted on your ordered item(s), we may ask you to take photographs of the item so we can assess the situation further.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- be in the original packaging.
- have the receipt or proof of purchase.
After a mattress has been removed from it’s packaging and has fully expanded, it cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Once received, we will inspect it and let you know that the return process has begun. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 2 business days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time (usually 7-10 days) to fully post back to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for the item to be shipped back to us. Please use as much of the original packaging as you can and by all means, make sure that the item is packed properly when sending back to us. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if your return is approved.
